I would like to rent a car after our cruise to drive to Tampa. Is there any place near the port or should I just go to the Miami airport?

I'm a few days away from taking my cruise. We are purchasing the voom internet. I need to tell my family what format I will be texting them from. Can you use messenger or whatsapp? I am assuming you can't use your regular cell phone texting. Thanks in advance.

I plan to go to Walgreens for my pre rapid test. They have a rapid naat and a rapid antigen. What one will rc accept. Also if I have to get the test done at the port, how much do they charge.
