We have a large OBC and I wondered if I can book specialty dining before we sail and then cancel & rebook it when on board and use my OBC? My concern is the times I want not being available once I am on board. My biggest complaint with HAL is you can’t use OBC to book pre-cruise. Thanks.

You can still order drinks they just charge you for the drinks at the stated pricing.

When can you book specialty dining? I am less than 6 months out and it’s still not available to book.

Has anyone been successful in extending a FCC given for COVID quarantine? We have one and it’s until 8/28/24. I have currently used it for a June 2024 cruise but would prefer to cancel that cruise and book for for Sept or Oct 2024. Thanks.
