Just found this thread. Does anyone know which ports in Norway require tendering? (Honningsvåg, Molde, or Kristiansand). I know about the other ports that we are visiting. Thanks Bill

I have heard a lot of concern about difficulty communication with Azamara via phone and systems issues. Has this been resolved? My wife and I are experienced cruisers and have not cruised Azamara yet. However, some of the itineraries look interesting (especially interested in Kiel Canal and Guernsey). I understand that the ships are older and can deal with that. Recent cruisers-- have the communications improved? Can you reach a Customer Service Rep easily? Is resolution of issues easy and efficient? Thanks Bill

We are sailing on Vision in January. Pre-Covid, we would often be offered discounts for specialty dining for that night while lounging in Schooner Lounge or nearby. Sometimes, it was a buy one, get one offer. Anyone know if these deals happen currently? It was great to have a spontaneous offer like that and we would often go to the specialty dining instead of MDR. Thanks Bill

We are looking to book a cruise for June, 2024. We were told that once we paid deposit--no further reductions in price are possible (unless you cancel and rebook which may mean losing the cabin that you want). Is this something new? I know that you can get discounts with other lines (RCCL, Celebrity, etc.) Thoughts? BIll

Thanks for the replies. What made my nervous is that our long bus ride in La Rochelle doesn't say air-conditioned bus in the excursion description (where it does on others). I may ask on board to be sure. Bill

We are leaving tomorrow for the Enchanted 7-day cruise out of Southampton. Considering the heat hitting France and Spain next week, I am thinking about those long bus rides. (La Rochelle, La Coruna, Bilbao) I had assumed that all buses would be air conditioned, but wanted to see what others thought. Thanks Bill
