Where will the HAL shuttle bus drop us off at Canada Place? We have never left from Vancouver, so this will be new for us. Just wondering if we will need to go through the Pan Pacific to drop off the luggage, or if HAL will have a closer area for us to drop it before going through the embarkation process. Thanks!

We inquired about the fake butter in the main dining room. We were told it is the same butter, just frozen and shaped different. We could just ask for the regular butter as they have it in the kitchen.

We reserved a ride with Uber for our transportation from hotel in Galveston to port. It was more expensive to reserve in advance, but we wanted to know that we would have transportation available when we wanted to leave. it was $30 from the Baymont to Princess port. when I called around to different shuttle services, one of the dispatchers said that you have to call the morning of and they tell you when they have availability.

Are there different drop off areas for Uber and shuttles? We currently have an Uber scheduled, but we don’t want to be dropped off too far away from the check in and luggage drop off areas. Would taking a shuttle drop us off closer? We will be on Regal Princess. Thanks in advance!

We did this last year, an it is a relatively short walk to the shuttle pick up area. There is a small parking lot where the shuttles will be. i am pretty sure there was a sign showing which way to go.

We are currently in L106 but have been offered L107 for $90 per person. 7 day cruise from Galveston. we have never had a forward cabin, so not sure if the upgrade would be worth it. Have never been in Club Orange before, so not sure if that would really be of interest to us what would you do? thanks in advance!
