Ketchikan restaurant close to the dock.

Can anyone recommend a restaurant in Ketchikan where we can meet friends from another ship while in port?

We really enjoyed Fish Pirates Saloon. Friendly service, good local brews, a singing cowboy. What more could you ask for?

We were there a year ago, so I don't remember much about the food, only that the place was a welcome respite from a rainy day in port.

Pioneer Cafe - great restaurant especially for breakfast, near the entrance to creek street.

My guess is that you are looking for something more sit down than this, but this is right on the dock and the fish and chips were excellent.

We would recommend Annabels' Keg and Chowder house. Located right on Front Street. www.annabellesketchikan.com

We met up with some friends from another ship at Annabelle's. We didn't try any place else but we had a great time and good food! Close to where we docked, and an easy walk!

Not this place, but I got some killer clam chowder from a shack like this on the dock. Sat at a table in the little park enjoying the chowder, the people and the beautiful September day.

Another vote for Annabelle's. We just returned from our Alaska cruise on the Emerald Princess and had lunch there. The grilled halibut tacos are awesome, my hubby had the salmon tacos which he enjoyed. All washed down with some good Alaska beer!
