Whys the easiest way to Church Bay from the Dockyard and the easiest way back?

Thinking of hitting it earlier on Day 3 then hang at the Dockyard.

The easiest way is by taxi, which will cost about $30 each way plus tip on Mon. -Sat. for 1-4 passengers.

Cheapest way is by #7 bus.
