Cruise Line recommendation out of NYC. Princess or NCL?

There aren't too many options so we have NCL or Princess. We are looking for 7 days. Which cruise line would you use and if you can tell me what you paid and from where did you purchase? It seems a bit pricey for a cruise that I do not need airlines tickets.

NCL is more casual than Princess

Princess is great. Regal is a beautiful, really enjoyed out cruise last October and booked again for September.

You also have Royal Caribbean's beautiful wonderful ship Anthem of the Seas sailing year-round from nearby Bayonne, NJ.

In the Spring Celebrity Summit does 7-night trips to Bermuda also from NJ.

Agree...You should also consider RCI Anthem out of Bayonne, NJ.

Queen Mary 2 also does a 7-night trip from NY to Quebec. QM2 is absolutely beautiful, sumptuous elegance, terrific food and top notch service. You can also do a 14-night round trip to Canada/New England with different port stops on the return itinerary.
