RSSC Website Redux

Despite the fact that we have chosen excursions and paid for Regent Chice excursions for our cruise from Singapore to Sydney, we got this email today.

Same thing happened to me on booked excursions for a New England cruise this Fall. However, when I go online and look at cruise details, everything I booked is there.

Suggest that you call Regent and ask this question!

Try emailing Mike Moore (mmoore@rssc.com), in cases he misses this thread.

He is usually very helpful and welcomes feedback on any glitches with the website.

That email is a "receipt" of your most recent activity on our website. So if you were reviewing your shore excursions via My Account and "checked out" without actually doing anything, that email is just confirming that you didn't actually add anything to your reservation.

Mike Moore solved the problem in record time. He discovered there was a set up issue in the reservation system and fixed it. I hope Regent appreciates his efforts!

I have had this issue several times. Unfortunately, at least for now, you need to call Regent corporate. The phone number on their website to modify excursion reservations is 1-877-505-5370.
