Schedule livery service pick-up @ Black Falcon-Boston

Hi-we are sailing on the NCL Dawn out of Boston and would like to be picked up by a livery service when the ship returns on July 28. If we get off the ship about 9:30 am, how much time should we allow to get our luggage and get through customs - two adults, both US citizens.

We will use a porter to handle our bags - will that get us through customs faster?

We have Global Entry clearance - will that get us through customs faster?

Need to figure out what time to tell our livery service to be at the terminal.

When I got off the Dawn, all customs included was handing the CBP officer on the deck your form. Afterwards, grab luggage and go.
