Nature Tour Suggestions?

Been to Dominica on a cruise twice before. Did a ship tour the first time. Second time we got a private tour and hiked from Titou Gorge to the Boiling Lake.

 

This time I'm about 13 years older than last time and not wanting to do a ton of walking. Would like to go to some lesser-traveled scenic spots that are not on a typical ship's tour. Beach / boating trips are probably not what we're looking for on this island. Just some time out in some beautiful surroundings.

 

Any ideas?
