Freeport- Carnival Beach Getaway with Open Bar

Hi! I am considering booking this excursion for my friends and I on our cruise in September. Does anyone know where this beach is located? I am with a party of 6 and some of us want to rent Jet Skis and some want to parasail, and the rest just want to chill on the beach. I am trying to decide if we book this, if those motorized water activities are nearby or is the place for the excursion pretty secluded. Also trying to decide if we even NEED to book this excursion or just go to a public beach and buy our own drinks........ any feedback would be helpful and appreciated.

We are doing this excursion at the end of July. From what I have read from reviews I don't recall jet skis at this beach but good place to chill and has some water activities things on the beach
