Uber or Lyft FROM Cape Liberty after your cruise

We are toying with this option vs. a pre-arranged car service to home in central NJ after our ship returns to Cape Liberty. What are your experiences with using the app car services after your cruise returns to Cape Liberty? I know it's mayhem outside the terminal there as we've done car services the past few times.

Just got back from Cape Liberty. I used UBER. It was easy and quick!!!!

How far away are you going? To me "central Jersey" is in the 50 mile range.

Using the Uber app was very easy. The driver called to advise us of pick-up location.
