Will be on the Riviera on Dec 12th two questions:

1, When will my Airlines Tickets be issued?

2. Will Oceania allow me to extend my Trip by 2 days and issue the tickets accordingly without additional costs?

to add to Lou's reply

1# after final payment you can request they ticket your flights

2# if you want to stay longer or arrive earlier or both you can pay the Deviation fee $175 pp & pick the flights you want then you will know what your flights are

you can request the deviation at 270 days out but you do not pay the non refundable fee until you come to an agreement with O

again after you make the final payment you can request they ticket your flights

There are many threads here on the deviation process

Have my seats already and do not leave until Jan. We did a deviation and picked our flight. The TA secured our seats.

Don't let your TA take too much credit. Your situation was successful because your Airline assigns seating to reserved seats.

Many Airlines require a purchase, first.

Reservation and seats selection are one thing, but the OP asked when are the tickets issued - I take that as meaning purchased. Your airline "reservation" may have been made (on an airline that will allow seat selection at time of booking), but I don't think that Oceania has actually purchased your tickets at this time. If your airline accepts upgrades on the Oceania ticket, you can not do so until the ticket is actually purchased
