Airline changed our departure time - can we make this flight?

We are sailing on the Celebrity Eclipse in and out if Miami. I booked our airfare just last week with a 1:20pm departure to Raleigh. Today the airline informed me that the departure has changed to 12:20pm.

The date of this is December 21st - beginning of Christmas rush, I suspect. We have no status with celebrity nor are we in an expensive cabin that might get us off the ship early. We only do carry on luggage. We will use Uber from the port to the airport. We are two seniors who haven't run to an airport gate in 20 years.

Can we make that 12:20pm flight? It's the only nonstop all day.

We have made a 12:30 flight without a problem

We are off the ship by 9 am & at MIA before 9:30 am

Since you will have only carry on luggage, you can also do the early walk off. Your flight is doable.

A 12:20 PM flight will be fine.

The port should be OK as you are one of four ships there.

The airport might be busy particularly if you do not have TSA Pre Approv.

I would just try to get over to the airport sooner rather then later but the good news is you can do that.

I wouldn't change the flight.
