Any one having problems with Web Check in?

Seems i can not get any of the data I input to save....I hit save, but then the screen refreshes and everything is blank again.

Any thoughts?

Make sure you are still logged in. This happened to me last week and turns out I had walked away for a while and was automatically logged off but I still input the information (looked like I was still logged in). I wasn't.

There web site is a nightmare.

I am having the same problem... been trying all week but nothing will save.

I have consistently had problems with the site. I have called the tech department a few times and they are friendly and take care of all your needs right then and there...

They updated their site 2 years ago and they have been fixing it ever since. It has the same problems it had prior to the update. It's ridiculous, annoying and if it wasn't for the prices I wouldn't sail with them. It's 2017 and they have a crappy website.

When I was having problems I called 877-665-4655 and one of the phone menu prompts mentioned something about MCS's website (sorry I don't remember specifically and their office is currently closed for me to call to get the specifics) I selected that prompt and got to their website development and she help. [ My issue was not being able to get logged in to my account. Come to find out I needed to put my first and middle name in the first name field to get logged in]

Untrue...I did my pre -cruise doc's yesterday for my upcoming Seaside cruise.
