Viking Star Engine Issues

Have no doubt the ship is fantastic, though a few posts have mentioned some engine issues that apparently popped up this summer. We sail in August. I googled, but all I could find were reports from a couple years ago. Does anyone know if they were corrected?

There were some engine issues on the Star's maiden voyage in 2015. And there was an engine issue with the Sea in 2016. Haven't heard anything about the Sky which was launched this year. A couple we know from church just got back from doing into the midnight sun on the Sky. Am told all went well.

We just returned from a 2-week Viking Homelands cruise on the Star and there were no engine problems noticed.

No engine problems for us May/June.

Question has been answered (no problems in July) so I'm deleting my post!
