? on timing for Historic Honolulu Walking Tour and Chinatown

Our trip isn't until Feb 2019, but I'm already planning and gathering info.

It seems like our only Saturday might be the best day to do our walking tour of historic Honolulu and Chinatown. I can look up hours of the museums and all, but at this time, I'm wondering if Saturday is overall an OK day for this.

A couple of questions:

1) Is it a bad idea to be that close to the cruise port on a day when the NCL POA is coming and going?

2) Is it a good idea to try and go to Aloha Tower on the same day? Is the view worth going there?

3) I've heard that Chinatown is most interesting in the morning when the vendors are there. Will we miss that aspect on a weekend?

Any other suggestions or comments?
