Hi! I'm cruising from Whittier to Vancouver on the Star Princess, 14-20 July 2018.

Can anyone tell me which two days I should expect formal nights? I'd like to know before I make any specialty dining reservations.

Thanks!

We did the same trip 27th May to 3rd June. The two nominated formal nights were second (Hubbard Glacier day) and sixth (Ketchikan day). Having said that, adherence to the suggested dress code, if that's of interest to you, was the lowest we've seen in 30 odd cruises. There were a handful of men in tuxes, a good few in suits, a large number in smart casual, and a fairly large number in scruffy casual.

Hope this helps.
