Carnival Victory Cruise:What's Best Time to Re-board?

Our Key West stop is too short. It departs at 1:30. Not even sure when they're telling us to re-board, but I've seen many comments about waiting an hour in the hot sun. Anyone been on this lately? What time would you come back to ship? I want to spend as much time as possible in Key West and don't really want to wait in line for an hour to get back on. What's the latest you would come back? Thanks!

How comfortable are you waiting until the last minute? We've watched cruise ship passengers board just moments before departure.

I seriously doubt you'll have a long wait to re-board, though, no matter what time you return.

You need to be ON the ship 30 mins. prior to spillway. If you are in line to reboard at the 30 min. mark, you will get on the ship! It doesn't take that long, unless folks ahead of you are trying to bring stuff onboard that they aren't allowed...that could hold up the line, but it generally moves pretty fast!
