Just because you are on the lowest passenger deck does not mean that the deck below is crew cabins. They might well be further forward or aft. But the deck below is usually called I-95, because it is where the supplies are loaded and stores, and there is a long corridor running the length of the ship. It also might house crew mess. I would be more concerned that it is a connecting cabin with R127, a cabin for 3. There will be a connecting door in the wall between the cabins and sometimes noise can leak through, depending on how noisy your neighbors are. EM
