Tortola with baby/toddlers

We're taking a Disney cruise with extended family in October and trying to decide on beach excursion ideas for Tortola. My boys will be 6, 3, and just turned 1 at the time. The ship offers 4 beach excursions. The one to the baths is only for ages 5 and up. There's one to Jost van Dyke beach, but you have to jump off the tender into the water which I don't see working well for me with all of the bags and stroller I'll need to bring for the kids. The other two are for long bay beach and fusion beach. Has anyone been to any of these beaches and can recommend which one would be a best bet for little ones? Or have a suggestion for somewhere to go that's not through the ship?

Caribbean beaches are usually quite easy to DIY....you don't really need a guide or chaperone, or excursion to go to a beach. Research is key! Have you googled Tortola Beaches? If not...do so. Or, get a guidebook at your local library.
