206 270-6080 is current fax # Last time I faxed request in February it was 206 281-0627. E-mail requests stopped a couple of years ago.

It's the fax # for Stockholders' OBC. Emails are not permitted by the shareholders rules on the website. they feel they are not private enough, if I understand it correctly. They will email you back to confirm though if you provide it in your fax/snail mail.

I did it by email last Saturday and received confirmation of credit by Tuesday. Sent my statement as an attachment.

I sent my request in last night and got the confirmation back with a comment to use FAX telephone number 206-270-6080 the next time. The new number was as of January 23.

Well I sent in an email request and got this back.

"Thank you for your request to have a shipboard credit applied to your reservation XXXXXX based on your status as a CCL stockholder. Holland America Line has applied the ship board credit of $250 to your reservation, and it will be credited to your onboard account upon embarkation. Please refer to your travel professional for further details.

We are looking forward to welcoming you on board in the near future."
