Miami Flight

I am one of those who prefer Noon although some will take an earlier flight.

10:00 AM is way too risky.

If you do not have TSA Pre Approv I would want to arrive to the airport at last 90 minutes prior to your flight and even earlier than that is a good idea.

Besides the late flight from MIA look at flights from FLL (about a 45 min shuttle/uber from POM) or even PBI (about 90 min-2 hours from POM).

You might consider spending another night in Miami and then catch the early flight the next morning. ;)

You made the right choice. Take your time getting off the ship. They will kick you off around 930am. Head over for the afternoon to South Beach, admire the arcitecture, walk the beach, then a late lunch or early dinner. You can also do the hop on hop off bus. If you want to get adventurous take an Everglades airboat ride. Then off to the airport and on your way home on that 8pm flight. I would get to MIA no later than 6pm.
