Miami Flight

Please bear with me, as I am very new to this and have never been to Miami. Do you think that a 10am flight out of Miami is doable? My mom and I would be doing the self disembarkation. My other option is 8pm and we really don't want this, but will if need be.

10:00 would be too close for me! Why not spend the night and go the next morning.

No. Commonly discussed here 11am is your earliest flight, docking and flying at Miami.

I am one of those who prefer Noon although some will take an earlier flight.

10:00 AM is way too risky.

If you do not have TSA Pre Approv I would want to arrive to the airport at last 90 minutes prior to your flight and even earlier than that is a good idea.

If you can be on the curb by 730, the ride to the airport is 25 mins.

Besides the late flight from MIA look at flights from FLL (about a 45 min shuttle/uber from POM) or even PBI (about 90 min-2 hours from POM).

You might consider spending another night in Miami and then catch the early flight the next morning. ;)

You made the right choice. Take your time getting off the ship. They will kick you off around 930am. Head over for the afternoon to South Beach, admire the arcitecture, walk the beach, then a late lunch or early dinner. You can also do the hop on hop off bus. If you want to get adventurous take an Everglades airboat ride.Then off to the airport and on your way home on that 8pm flight. I would get to MIA no later than 6pm.
