Hoping somebody can help me out. We were told by two different agents at MSC that onboard credit (we will have $400- from our deposit) is refundable. So, we pre- bought our drink packages. Now on another site, some people mentioned that they were told the OBC is NOT refundable.

Does anybody know for sure if a deposit changes into OBC that is refundable?
