What do you do on your turnaround day on a B2B?

Yes, you can. If you want to get off early, you have to go thru customs like the other passengers and when you return, you can by pass the long check in lines to get your new S&S card. ( with the intransit card you will have received the night before ). If you wait until all the B2B's have cleared customs and received your new S&S card, you just get off afterwards and when you return, you show your intransit card and pass by everyone.

Thank you Mississauga!

OK, but why would you want to wait on those long lines when you can escorted to customs privately?

In Miami all B2B guests who stay on board are escorted off the ship to go through customs and then escorted back on the ship.

If you decide to get off the ship during debarkation, remember you can't re-enter the ship until it's clear for boarding at around 11:30am-noon. You will be given an "in-transit" card that works as a priority boarding pass.

If you get off, I'd plan for you to get back to the terminal and ship after the boarding time, so you can walk straight to the ship using the priority line. Lot's of things you can do in Miami. Don't forget to bring your boarding pass, as that's what you'll need to board the ship.

I asked this in a different thread and was told no, but haven't observed it for sure. Will check on our B2B Magic cruise in Jan 2018.

I was told by a PVP that it really depends on U.S. Customs, that it varies. Sometimes everyone has to get off and other times B2B cruisers get to stay on the ship. I'm not stating that as fact, but my source has been in the business for years and years and probably knows more about it than most of us.

First, we spend the previous evening feeling jovial about not having to pack, stay up late, party if we're up to it. Then have a leisurely room service breakfast, meet up with B2B passengers, take pictures, turn in customs declaration, then enjoy mimosas with Mr. & Mrs. Tandemcruzer, repair to aft deck and enjoy screwdrivers and sailaway. It's a perfect opportunity to take great ship pictures, very few people around. One of our favorite days of the cruise,

What free cocktail? My last 2 cruises have been B2B. We got a bad glass of sparkling wine. I do not consider this to be a cocktail.

We have done two b2b cruises so far. The first time we were the only ones, so they let us have whatever drink we wanted. The second time there was a group and they let us choose between a soda or mimosa.

Does anyone know if it is possible to do laundry that morning or as they are starting embarkation if you are doing a B2B? We are doing our first in Feb 2018 on the Glory and since we have to fly in I would like to be able to do laundry that morning while it is quiet if possible

When we checked, the laundry rooms were still locked during debarkation. They were open when we came back around noon and empty all day.
