Does anyone have a link to this policy in writing? We had a no-show on our TA in October but Royal is saying only the taxes get refunded.

I've never seen this policy in writing. Plus, the only refunds I've seen are taxes and any pre-cruise purchases.

Port charges are not refunded?

I suspect the term "port charges" is a bit nebulous. Royal breaks out portion of the fare called "non-commisionable fees", which may have started out being port charges, but is basically anything they want it to be now. Anyhow, these are wrapped up into the basic fare and I've not seen these refunded.

Thanks, Bob.
