traveling with 6 yo GD and want to make sure we have everything we need. Have consent signed , actually 2 1 notarized 1not. Original birth certificate and copies of her parents drivers licenses. No, chose not to get passport as closed loop cruise

I don't know where you're cruising, but her insurance won't be accepted if she is treated on the ship, you'd have to pay for this.

A lot of policies don't provide coverage outside of the US, so if you don't have travel insurance (which I highly recommend), you'll be paying cash for any treatment.

Just confirm that it's a real certified copy of the birth certificate - not the souvenir one the hospital gives. Otherwise it sounds like you have it covered as long as the parent names on the drivers licences match the names on the birth certificate.
