Are bunk bed rails provided in cabins that feature bunk beds?

There aren't any bunk beds on the ship. If you are referring to the drop down bed from the ceiling it does have a rail.

The upper berth pull down does have a small built in rail. You can also ask your room host for additional rails (the feet slide under the mattress to secure it).

As above, you can ask your stateroom host for "double rails" on the bed. In that case, you'll have railing that runs the entire length of the bed. Another thought (since per another post, your children are 2 years old), you can sleep them both in the lower bed--the couch flip bed. Put a child's head at each end and the feet in the middle....and a rail the entire length of the bed. You can't ever totally prevent children from falling out of bed, but at least this makes it quite difficult. And you can put the double rails on the ceiling bed as well.

My mistake--different OP. Well, the two in a bed still works well for kids up to 4 or 5 years old.
