Anything that they have that you want

Mine had gin, vodka, jack dainels and a couple others. Plus soft drinks. Your choice.

For example, I could have asked for bombay gin.

They re-stock daily unless you get the stocking guy I had who forgot about our PV completely! :)

Can anyone say what is in the minibar that is restocked every day for the Penthouse Veranda rooms?

Minibars contain 6 cans of soda, 2 bottles of Schweppes tonic, 2 candy bars and a bag of chips (which is placed by the coffee maker). In PV and higher, you also get alcoholic beverages--and since I haven't sailed in a PV, someone else will have to tell you what that consists of. V and DV cabins can buy alcohol for the mini-bar and I believe that on the package, your minibar will also be stocked and re-stocked with alcohol in V and DV.

You can tell them what you want. We only wanted vodka and rum, so we left a note and got two small bottles of vodka and two small bottles of rum everyday. They only replenish four small bottles a day, so if you only drink three of the four, you only three get replenished. Some evenings we removed what we didn't drink and the next day they replaced all four - so we had extra stock for other days.

In addition, the PV room gets one bottle of champagne - if you want a bottle of wine instead just ask your steward on the first day and they will replace the bottle of champagne with a bottle of wine (only one bottle for the whole cruise).

You can also request what soda you get. We only wanted Diet, so we got only diet soda. I don't remember what type of beer (didn't drink that), but I'm sure if you ask your cabin steward they will replenish with your request if available.

You get two very small candy bars and one bag of potato chips (not sure why only one bag with two people in the room). They will replenish whatever is missing! Enjoy!
