Hi all I'm looking for the recipes for the following if you know them

Marinated herb seafood antipasto

Clam linguine vongolle

Love boat mousse and brownie dessert

Would really appreciate if I could get these. Plus is their a way I can find out all the dishes I had while on my cruise as you don't get to keep any menus

I purchased their cookbook a couple years ago. If there is a recipe you'd like, I could look and see if it is in there and then post it for you.

Do you have the recipe for the cherry tomatoe and mozzarella balls salad? My daughter in law has been talking about it since we came back fro. Alaska.Thought I would make it at Thanksgiving.

If I can not find a recipe i go look up under copy cat recipes. I usually find most of what i am looking for.

Funny you should ask ... we did, and it arrived about a month after we requested it. Of course, the recipe serves 48! Talk about regularity ... but they do indeed freeze well. So we had to go and buy a bigger fridge ... a small price to pay for gastrointestinal tranquility. E-mail me, and I'll send it to you ... might even include a muffin or two; we've got plenty!

I tried their marinara sauce to the "T" and it did not taste like on the ship.  We were told, the Chef's keep "one secret ingredient"....and I don't think it is love, which they say in the Hallmark movies!

OK...got the cookbook, but thought the Opal Balsamic Dressing from Crown Grille would be there...no.  anyone have this???  I love it!
