Thursday May 25, 2017 Weigh-in

Hello,

 

Didn't see a thread for today. Not sure where Belle is.

 

I didn't fare too well this week. I gained 3 lbs. Hubby and I spent a long weekend in San Diego for his high school reunion and have been celebrating his birthday (today).

 

Back to better eating tomorrow. Hopefully it shows next week........

I'm losing what I gained last week. Ooh track. Eating well and getting a little more active. I'm on activity restriction so it's tough to hold back. Working on getting more water in. Too much ice coffee with the warm weather. Traveling to visit family this weekend and determined to stay on track. Less than 3 months to cruising!!

I was away for a few days, just got home.

Cold not all the way gone but Hotel was

Free!

 

Glad you had a nice time in San Diego.

HB to your husband. You'll get the weight

off. Hope water weight.

 

Metz.. Glad your back on track. Have a good

visit with family. Be care full on the road.

 

Easyboy.. You will get the gain off. Know it's

hard to get back on track after eating all the

food on a cruise.

 

Strophic.. Sorry your having a bad week. We've all been there. You can get passed it.

 

Cruise42.. Congrats on another good weight loss.

 

I'll have to weigh on Friday.

 

For those who have a 3 day weekend.. try to be good. Holidays' seem to always have to much food around.

Think you who are in Canada had your three day

this last Monday and ours is this Monday.

 

Everyone have a good weekend whatever you do.

Down 3 this week. 75 miles on my bike and stayed within my calorie limits. Really trying to plan for this weekend so I am setup for success instead of just grabbing whatever is handy.

Hi everyone. I am up over 1lb from 2 weeks ago. Some weeks just can't figure it out. Went to the gym more times and spent more time but still gained weight. Now am down to cruising in 4 weeks working on my abs. so need to stay focused and drink lots of water and watch what I eat...Rob

Belle, glad you got away for a few days, always good.

 

Sorry some of us had a bummer week. Some had a good week.

 

Wanted to wish everyone a good Memorial Day weekend. Hubby and I are not doing anything other than organizing our house, going to the gym, take a walk, etc.

Gold, JJ, Kasi congrats on the good loss's.

 

Rob you said doing more at gym, could be

muscle or water weight. You'll get it off.

 

I stayed the same.

 

I know all of us here just don't understand

this weight "gain or loss" days.

WE can be so good and gain or eat a little

to much and lose. Or why we can gain so

much in one day but never lose that much

in one day! Then some days it works the

way it should.. eat less and lose.

 

But WE ALL know that we CAN NEVER give up.

It's a way of life. So be good this weekend and

the extra day.. hoping won't be any gains on

Thursday. ( if there are.. hope very small) Know

the beginning of the BBQ's and the summer food!

Well, vacation is DEFINITELY over...

 

I've imbibed, ate, walked, and seen so much that I've no regrets for the past 3 weeks, but now it's time to pay the piper.

 

Weighed in at 206 this morning, up 15 pounds since May 5th when we left - at least 6-7 pounds of that was inflicted after getting home, and my mileage went to zip and calories went up.

 

So with the holiday behind me, rested and ready to take on the business world again - the focus is on a family reunion in 7 weeks. Goal is 190, so 16 pounds or 2.5 pounds/wk. I'm hoping a decent amount comes off in the first couple weeks from water and residue and can hit a reasonable weekly loss after that.

 

Back to grilled chicken salads, V8 juice, tons of water, apples, and no alcohol, breads, or processed snacks.

 

Take care all, just try not to crash and burn as badly as I've done... See ya'!

Glad you had a wonderful vacation!

How can you not try the drink and the food

of the places you visited?

Know you'll get the weight off.. hoping

that some of that is water weight and

will come off fast.
