Krazy not at all, reminds my of a song by The Who

'Pictures of Lily

Made my life so wonderful

Pictures of Lily

Helped me sleep at night' .......

Don't think they were referring to flowers though :D

Cookie is a Chihuahua/Jack Russel mix and a member of the family. A 7-pound Prima Donna family member who demands affection, attention and back scratches whenever it suits her. She will hop up on your lap, flop on her back immodestly and nose your hand or arm until you give in and provide a belly rub. Annoying? Sometimes. But like small children, she makes use of God's too-cute-to-smother rule and is doted on by all who know her. As a family member, she is also subject to the occasional photographic intrusion. Arranging a string of fairy lights around the napping pet was spur-of-the-moment and for once, she didn't simply depart in annoyance. She did, however, give me "The Look".

Some lizards hanging around the wetlands areas here in Florida...

Brown basilisk:

Green iguana:

North America's largest woodpecker - the crow-sized pileated woodpecker, making lots of noise in the dark forest:

original.jpg

The looooong extending neck of the least bittern, which looks like it almost has no neck when resting:

A very colorful moth that landed next to me while I was in my pool. It was hot, so I splashed a little water for him, and he drank it clean up:
