Bring your own umbrella/beach chairs?

We plan on going to Warwick Long Bay if Horseshoe is too crowded and 2 years ago we baked at St John's Trunk Bay. Since they don't rent chairs and umbrellas at Warwick, we bought an umbrella at CVS that folds and comes with a bag with 2 straps so you can take it around like a backpack.

Yes. No problem if you have the means of getting them there, i.e. if you take them in a taxi.

All the shuttles allowed them last year, as well as the ferries. We were able to take a bus with ours, however, it was pouring & everyone was soaked & miserable & they were just trying to get everyone to Dockyard as quick as possible.

I didn't mention the shuttles only because I suspect it would be up to the individual drivers if they have room. Most of the umbrellas and chairs on the beach are rentals but there are a few who bring their own chairs and umbrellas and it is certainly allowed. Horseshoe Bay is a public beach. So all people have to do is find a way to get them there. A taxi would work for sure. Other means may be possible.
