Survey Regarding Casino

I just received this email:

We are inviting a select group of valued Casino players to participate in a survey. We are always striving to improve our products and services and your participation in this survey will help us to enhance the Royal Caribbean vacation experience.

It asked about the games, smoke, cleanliness of the casino.

I found this interesting. IT stated we are looking to improve the casino program. It also asked about loyalty programs and the options to improve the experience. It almost sounded like the C/A program tier program which would include Free drinks, priority boarding, seapass recognition, free laundry, free wi-fi etc.

I got the same email. I found it odd that they considered me a "valued casino player," since I've NEVER been recognized in any of their casinos for so much as a free drink.

I also got one??

 

The only time I'm in the casino is when we have a "slot pull" organized by someone on the roll call.

 

Too much smoke for me.

 

I do gamble when in Vegas and have a MGM Gold card. They must of got it from that???

Both of us got one of these, too.

 

I added the casino rate discount to my "wish list" of benefits we would like to see. Of course, as far as I know the casino rate discount is still available....but I know they have been putting more and more restrictions on them.

Got one too. I was glad it had two smoking questions. That's new and hope Royal is headed in right direction with no smoking in Casino.

 

Boss got one as well but didn't play last cruise which was a 3 day and when she answered she did not play last cruise, her survey ended.

Got the survey but I only use the free plays on my sea pass card but my survey had no questions on smoking, all were on rewards. Wished it had it on the smoke issue because that is the main reason we do not go into the casino.

I do don't believe RCCL would treat casino player every day Joe, I thought their would be some kind of consideration on our up coming cruise Aug 26th, in a few days! Not so much as any incentive of casino offering. The pit Boss's only appear out of their dark corners when the see some of us throwing down cash more the just occasionally passer buyer!!!!! Really Royal CCL. You need to Wake up!

For what it is worth, this topic on casino discussion seems to be a roll of the dice in favor of the ship!!!

So I quessing we should not spend as much in the casino , maybe the staff will wake up and comp like they want to stay and play!!!!
