Ordering room service off the P. G. menu

We enjoy the caviar (even at the new price) but generally order it at the Pinnacle Bar so we don't have to pay the PG surcharge. Never thought to have it in our stateroom.

GREAT! Pinnacle Bar! I thought the state room would be nice watching the sunset on the balcony with a glass of champagne in my hand... aaaahhhhh

Sounds nice. Check with the Pinnacle Bar. There are also very comfy chairs/ tables with views out in the Pinnacle Bar as well.

Assuming of course that there is a Pinnacle Bar on the cruise people are going on ;). They are only on certain ships.

To answer the OP's question - ordering from the PG is with a surcharge and very limited. Caviar is not one of the options if my memory serves me correctly.

I posted it the room service options on my live thread.

I assumed OP was talking about the next cruise noted on their signature which would be the Westerdam, which as you know does have the Pinnacle Bar.

Oh right. Apologies. I will slither off and hang my head in shame

There is a specific, scaled down set of PG choices on the room service menu. Unless you really want a steak in your jammies, I'd make the trip to the Pinnacle Grill. The sides really make the steakhouse experience.

hey .. does anyone know if you can order a few items or the entire dinner off the Pinnacle Grill and have it delivered to you room as room services? Am interested in the caviar delivered and don't see it on the RS menu. Thanks;)

Yes, you can. Here's the full room service menu. On the next to the last page are the items you can order from the PG.

For what it's worth, wife and I ordered room service from the PG on Oosterdam in March. We had a very nice dinner on our balcony with a nice bottle of wine we brought aboard. It's well worth the price at less than half the PG. Sides are limited, see the menu. I picked up cocktails from the closest bar to enjoy while we waited for our dinner.
