I always hate this question but...

How does NCL compare to RCCL? We tried Celebrity last year and really liked it except for the ambiance. We are far from party hard people but enjoy the upbeat fun of the RCCL/Carnival group. We don't participate in the belly flop contest but love watching it etc.

What is the current price of the alcohol package?

What is the average price for a typical drink?

On RCCL the bartenders will make you any drink you ask for but on Celebrity I couldn't get any bartender to make me a sangria.

We have been on many NCL cruises, as well as RCCL. RCCL uses the space on the ship better. Such as the Central Park and or themed areas. NCL is is about the same as far as everything else. Once again participate in what you like . there was no pressure to buy drinks on NCL. we also like the anytime dining as we never know when we will be back from excursions

True, though in my recent experience last month on Breakaway, certain ingredients were only available at certain bars. For example, my wife like Patron Cafe on the rocks. It was only available in one or two bars onboard..and despite great bar service n every other respect, the staff made no effort to get a bottle in our preferred bar.
