First time PG - boarding times?

We'll be on our first PG cruise this September 2017 and I see they depart the port of Papeete at 11:55 PM.

Could someone please tell me what time we are allowed on board the ship on our Embarkation Day?

What time is the muster drill? We are landing in Fa'a from Raiatea at 3:30 PM. Do you think we'll make it in time for that?
