New Carnival Casino VIP offers

I have looked all over and I can't find out how many points you need to average on a trip to get a VIP cruise invitation.

They just changed the requirements for the offers so I have no clue. We cruise Carnival abt 5 times every year and I get 5,000-8,000 points every cruise and I didn't qualify for offers for the new "Premier" cruises. I've always received the VIP offers in the past and I'm going on a VIP cruise next weekend and they're giving me $1250 casino cash....

Just off the Liberty and it was the first PREMIER VIP CRUISE. They had the Executive Host Martin from the Main office and a new VIP (Sal) that set up two sessions to split the 300 casino cruisers that were on this cruise. They had a tape recorder going at the meetings and asked all kinds of questions about what we addicts were looking for on a VIP level. Free drinks and snacks at the On board party which was packed and at the Feeling out party. I can't see them sending out any new invitations yet as it will take them time to digest all the input they got at the meetings. The Drinks on Us cards were given out at the Welcome aboard party that had a BRIGHT RED LANYARD attached and it said PREMIER CRUISER PREMIER CRUISER stamped every couple of inches on the length of it. The servers was excellent as they could see the red lanyard around your neck and no one was ever without a drink. NEVER. A bunch of VIP people hit on a bunch of slot machines for some real nice bucks. DW got over 5K points. I myself had a zero trip. The craps table did not have one single session where there was a winning round. NEVER no loud times at the table. VERY,VERY disappointing. The slot gods were not in my favor either. But, the cruise itself was great. I expect we will hear from them in the near future. Oh yeah. I tried the GUYS BURGERS. They were good but nothing to rant about.

We had an extra Premier only slot tournament for $2000.00. :D I did not even qualify for the finals. It was fun though. We had to have at least 2000 points to enter which every body had. It was packed. They had a new qualify round every ten minutes. In fact the whole casino was packed during the cruise. They also had a drawing for an I Pad, free steak house meal, and a FREE CRUISE. It was a great cruise. They kept the casino open 24 hours when we at sea. People still playing at 4 in the morning.

They had the slot tournament on my last VIP cruise and I came in like 20th and got $75. They also did away with the 3% charge for getting cash in the casino.

Yeah, forgot about doing away with the 3% vig on cash allowances. That was good for the whole trip. They also had a slot tournament for the regular casino goers and the Platinum guests which i also failed to qualify for. After i failed to qualify for the 2k tournament i didn't hang around so i don't know what the prize structures were for 1st ,2nd and so forth.

I received an email this week offering my $25 casino cash on my next Carnival cruise but no discount on the fare like the last one I had. :( Talked with VIP services today about my upcoming HAL cruise. He couldn't offer me any cash but I will get a bottle of wine at dinner! Better than nothing, right? ;)

I have never sailed on one Carnival's casino sailings - but was always curious about the 3% charge. There have been times when it was waived (usually have to ask), and other times when they won't waive it. When they don't I always tell them "I am going to lose it all anyway, what's the difference between $1,000 and $1,030 !!!

Getting $400 or so (cage cash) on the Liberty this Saturday... my best was over $2,000... but that was stemming from a LARGE loss the prior sailing!

I'm amazed that they've gone to the "Premier" cruises and I "no longer qualify".... in the past I've gotten numerous invites to the VIP cruises and been comped suites.....how on earth can I no longer qualify with 5 or so Carnival cruises a year and 5,000-10,000 points per cruise???? They gave me "the casino rate" for my Mar 3rd cruise and we saved a whopping $40pp......really?

I've also been given several hundred dollars of casino cash on each cruise....after my 10,000+ points last they'll give me $125....jeesh!

It will have me looking more seriously at NCL next year unless they change back. It looks like they're trying to sucker in the new cruisers who don't cruise several times a year.

You should be getting the drink card on this cruise?

We have'nt cruised on Carnival in years mainly Princess and NCL but through a strange twist of fate wound up booking with Carnival again this coming November on the Splendor.

We had already booked a Mexican Cruise with Princess then but a Carnival Casino host called us and I listened to what they could do for us.,

They are also going to Mexico in November and We wound up getting a Casino Rate for the 3 of us in a Ocean Suite for $3,195...On Princess We had booked a AA Mini Suite for $3,500 so Carnival was already saving us $305 and were in a suite....WOOO HOOO!!!!.

Plus it kept getting better, The rep said We all are get the Free Drink Cards as soon as we board and a Bottle of Wine and Treats in our cabin.

Also on our Princess cruise We were getting Me-$400 Cash, DW-$175.00 and MIL $150.00 Cash in the Casino......I asked the host about this and she looked it up and YES we all get the cash as well.....

We couldnt be Happier.......I did have her Email me everything in writing as well.....I've read on here to many times about people being offered So and So and when they get onboard either they dont get anything or the Amounts are wrong,etc....

Everyone have a Great Next Cruise and Hit It Big....:D

Well boys and girls i just received in the mail an offer from the club which includes UP to 25% off FUN SELECT cruises AND a card which states $75.00() casino cash. Not what i expected but it's something. Still have to earn enough points to get the free drinks card though. Says sail from Miami, Tampa or any of our 14 ports. Good through August 7, 2013.

Unfortunately it's 25% off the highest rate cabins. I got 25% off my March 3rd cruise and it saved me a whopping 40% off pp........

I have been searching for this Premier Cruise as we accepted an offer for a free cruise for two on a 7 day cruise w/ a balcony suite. If I'm researching correctly I'm now realizing this cruise is going to be full of "premier cruisers" who got a free cruise? Will they really want to do survey's and interviews and stuff? DH is not excited about the fact that the casino will likely be packed for the cruise if they offered a bunch of these.

Does anyone know if they do slot and Blackjack Tournaments on the Ecstasy now that it is going out of Miami. I seem to have incredible luck at these things (I have won the BJ tournament on the last 3 cruises and also won the slot tournament on one of the same cruises) and have quite a collection of the highly sought after Solid gold ships on a stick. I was hoping for a chance to bring home another one when I take the family on a short cruise the day after Christmas. LOL When scanning through the Carnival site I found a list of ships that offered tournaments and am hoping it was just an error that the Ecstasy was the only ship not listed. Anyone been there and done that on the Ecstasy recently??

I have only sailed 2 times before this and never with A premiere offer so im not sure how these things work and cant find any info online about it :(

That's Good!!! I'm not sure why my husband hasn't received A casino offer. He, myself ,our 18 year old son and my widowed mother all went on the fascination in February of last year and played in the casino. My husband actually placed in The blackjack tournament and he and I went back on the Breeze for the playoffs in November. He played as much as I did and was in a tournament and has received no offers:( , even my son is getting $25 free casino cash and discounts and my mother and I have received the premiere offer with all the perks and & 900 free play each, but my husband hasn't received anything. I'm guessing he just didn't register at the casino ..just was curious before I book. thanks for the help :)
