Bicycle rental questions

We are considering renting bicycles to tour KW when we are there on Carnival Dream next month. First question is who would be best/closest to rent from, and should we schedule the rental in advance? Next, we will be going to Hemingway House, Blue Heaven, and Kermits and wonder if these places have racks to secure the bikes.

They are a very reputable business in town and will pickup and deliver bikes to you and can answer questions about secure locations.

I remember seeing a bike locked to a telephone pole at Blue Heaven a few days ago; but since I no longer ride I'm not too observant of the racks.
