Car Rental Shuttle Lahaina

I've been searching and researching, but I am coming up with conflicting information on car rentals when arriving in Lahaina.

Do any car rental companies still offer port shuttles from Lahaina?

Enterprise has instructions on how their shuttle runs in the location details, but in the location title it says "No Cruise Pickup". When I look at DHCR site, it says "Some car rental companies provide shuttles to pick you up.", with no further information on who or how. It seems that shuttles from Lahaina may be a situation in flux, but if anyone has current information, I would appreciate it. I did change my reservation from Kahului to Kaanapoli, as if I'm paying for a taxi, I would like it to be somewhat close to the pier.

Friends used Enterprise last week & had to get a cab from the Lahaina Harbor to Enterprise which as I recall was at their Kapalua Airport location.
