Nassau evening activities?

We have booked the Atlantis Aquaventure full day tour through RC, however the park closes at 5pm and the ship doesn't leave until midnight.

Has anyone been to dinner at Dunes at the One and Only Resort (where James Bond Casino Royale was filmed). Considering that, but after a day at the water park not sure if we will have time to get back to the boat, sufficiently glam up, and then get to Dunes....

Any other idea for night activities in Nassau - restaurants, bars, anything fun near the ship?

Anyone else have any ideas? I am in the same situation later this month.
