how much extra do the special restaurants cost ?

What ship? Ships have different restaurants.

Here is a basic list:

Caribbean Princess - Sabatini's - $25/pp, Crown Grill $29/pp, Planks & Steamers - $12/pp

Other U.S. based ships when restaurant is on that ship

Crown Grill $29/pp (also Bayou Cafe?)

Sabatini's - Currently $29/pp, probably will go to $25/pp with new menus

Share - $39/pp - Emerald, Ruby

Salty Dog Gastropub - $12/pp Ruby, Emerald, Crown

Crab Shack - $29/pp

It is interesting that the website now only shows the new menu for Sabatini's and the $25 cover charge. Has the new menu been rolled out fleet wide??

 

The second document hasn't been updated for Planks and Steamers and still shows the Salty Dog Gastro Pub at $19 when it is now $12.

Yes that PDF file had be removed for a while but the link was put back on the Princess website around a couple weeks ago. For whatever was updated they missed much more--including not removing all the listings for Dawn Princess (which should have been the giveaway to not bother posting it).

The link indicates that Horizon Court is Closed during Dinner for the Ruby Princess - can someone confirm that this is the case? Seems very odd.

The dining file incorrectly shows the HC closed for dinner on the Ruby, Caribbean, Emerald & Crown and instead only the Cafe Caribe open...the HC is open 5:30 to 11:00 for dinner.
