Musta been some party! (Music all night in Ibiza/Royal will get fined)

Recommended Posts

Looks like the Brilliance charter by Shipsomnia for a 4 night arts and music fest got lots of locals angry on an overnight stopover in Ibiza last week. Music all night - overnight -until 8:30 am! And a big fine from the local port authorities looks to be heading the way of Royal - though I will bet Royal knows what they are doing with charters such as this and they will not be "out of pocket"on the fine - (I am sure there was extra money as part of the financials between Shipsomnia and Royal.)

We were on an overnight stop in Palma, Majorca a few years back on Indy. A normal, Royal cruise (not chartered). They had a deck party with the resident rock band playing. We thought it finished pretty abruptly but didn't think much of it until the next night when the band mentioned that they'd been stopped because the locals had called the police on us!
