Suggestions of notable golf courses accessible from the Dockyard? Looking for courses that rent clubs. Thanks!

Port Royal is a PGA championship-caliber course that is a relatively short bus or 20 minute taxi ride from the Dockyard.

Belmont Hills is another well-regarded course, perhaps a 30 minute taxi ride from the Dockyard.

Another vote for Port Royal. It's closest to the Dockyard and it's beautiful too. Port Royal rents clubs for $50.

Mid Ocean Club is primarily private but will sometimes allow non members on in the middle of the week at off times. Would say it's the best one I've played on the island. The Tucker's Point Club part of the Rosewood next to it is not as good of a course.

My cruising friend has gone solo to Port Royal and has been put in a foursome. First though I usually put it out there on our sailings Cruise Critic roll call if anyone is interested in joining him. There were a couple of times that there were and they shared a taxi and played together.
