Wyndam Garden Baronne - NOLA

Has anyone stayed at Wyndam Garden Baronne and if so what did you think? Appears to be close to French Quarter and not to far from Dock. Trying to save money where we can to spend on the cruise.

Haven't stayed there, but very familiar with New Orleans. That location in on the edge of what I'd consider acceptable in downtown. I'd prefer to be closer into downtown, or over in the warehouse district behind the port/convention center.

It's probably fine, though, and it's certainly convenient to walking over into the Quarter. It's no worse for the cruise terminal than any other downtown hotel.
