Bermuda train or Old Towne Trolly tour?

Does anyone know if these tours are operating? I was most interested in the St. George Old Towne Railway tour but someone on trip advisor said it was not there anymore.

For the Bermuda Train trolley does that run only in the dockyard or is there a tour in Hamilton also?

The Bermuda Train Company runs tours in Hamilton and the Dockyard.
