Taxi rates and taxi tour rates are regulated. It is an hourly rate for taxi tours , $50 per hour for 1 to 4 persons in the taxi and $70 per hour for 4 to 7 persons.

Thank you for your quick reply. I received a quote of 60 per hour. I wonder if the rates went up or if this taxi driver/tour guide is overcharging.

The regulated rates are for a taxi tour. Is it a a taxi being used? If it is some other kind of vehicle they might be able to charge a different rate.
