Questions for those who have cruised at Platinum level on both MSC and also NCL...

We'll turn Platinum with NCL in November. Naturally, if MSC are still offering their status match then, we'll take them up on the offer.

So at that point we'll no longer be bound to Norwegian (we consider the levels above Platinum to be worthless), and we'll start considering MSC in our cruise purchasing decisions.

To inform those decisions, I ask those who have cruised at Platinum level on both MSC and also NCL...

What are the differences please?

Well I have cruised neither NCL or MSC but will answer anyway because I do know through discussions with them regarding our RCI / Celebrity status and friends that have a cruise booked that MSC does still provide competitive loyalty program tier matches for the first time you cruise with them. But to maintain the status you need to cruise again within three years or your status match is dropped.

That's right, they offer the program I mentioned.

I meant to ask if anyone who has been on both lines can tell me the similarities and differences between them please?

I can't even keep up with NCL's change's

We just leveled up to Platinum Plus on NCL and got less usable perk's than we use to. Go figure.:(

Have they made a lot of changes to Latitudes recently then? Apart from that one change where they changed the levels?

We lost a bottle of bubble.

First went from an 8 piece box of chocolate & nightly mints on the pillow.

Down to a 4 piece and mint.

Down to 0 chocolate .

0 mint.

2 decent latitude party's with plenty of free booze and prize's.

to 1 short one with 0 give aways.

OHH and I can't remember the last time we got the $50 OBC Latitude's booking benifit offer.
