Can you list resorts that offer day passes in St. Thomas and Tortola that would have accessible bathrooms, possibly beach wheelchair rental or other activities we could partake in. TIA

St. Thomas - Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort offer day passes but you will have to contact the resorts directly to inquire as to overall accessibility and whether or not beach wheelchairs .

Tortola - nothing is very accessible .

Thank you for the tip on Morningstar, xxoocruiser. I was able to find passes on resortforaday.com that included drink credit.
