Which P & O Ship is best for kids - Dawn or Aria?

We're taking our grandchildren on a short cruise from Brisbane in January - six kids aged from 5 to 15. Does Pacific Dawn or Aria have better facilities and entertainment for kids? Does anyone know what the "Edge Adventure Park Pass cost? The current special gives each child one pass free but what about the other days at sea?

We were on the Pacific Dawn recently. I kept the price list for The Edge, but can't locate it at the moment. :o I will keep looking. I can remember that the minimum age is 6. In the waiting area at Portside there will be a table set up (left hand side at the front) where you can get information and book at a slightly discounted rate.

I believe Dawn may be a slight preference for the number of activities, but Aria also has many activities.

They also now offer the VIP passes to be bought in advance, and these are a massive bargain over doing them individually. For children in that age group, it's simpler and likely cheaper (unless they don't want to do any!) to just buy the relevant pass. The information on pricing is on this page
